These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of Bet88-1. By registering a Player Account or using any services on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Please review them carefully before playing.

1. Applicability of the Agreement

By ticking “I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” during signup, you enter into a binding agreement with Trojans Well Entertainment Corp. (“Company”, “Casino”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), registered in the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by PAGCOR.

This Agreement also includes our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and specific Game Rules published on the website.

2. Legality of Use

You must be at least 21 years old to play for real money.
Access is restricted to players physically located in the Philippines.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gaming activity complies with local laws applicable to you.
Failure to verify age or identity may lead to suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must open a player account (“Account”) on Bet88-1.

Requirements

You may only create one Account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
You must provide accurate personal details (name, birthday, contact information, valid ID).
A full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal, or within three (3) days after registration — whichever comes first.
Failure to provide correct details or complete KYC may result in forfeiture of funds as required by Philippine law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Minimum initial deposit is PHP 1,000.
Deposits must be made only from payment sources in your name.
Use of third-party funds, joint accounts, or chargebacks is prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time once deposits are confirmed.
Processing time: generally within 10 minutes; however, external bank/e-wallet processing times may apply.
Withdrawals may require identity verification (ID check, phone, or video call).

5. Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are restricted from opening accounts or wagering:

Public officials and PAGCOR employees.
Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police.
Students and persons under 21 years old.
Immediate family (spouse, parents, children) of restricted persons.

6. Fair Play & Responsible Gaming

Cheating, collusion, chip dumping, bot use, or exploiting system errors are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension, confiscation of winnings, or permanent ban.

7. Fees and Taxes

All winnings are subject to taxes under Philippine law, payable by the player.
Some withdrawal methods may incur additional bank or processor fees.

8. Dormant Accounts

Player Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of PHP 500 (or the remaining balance, if lower) will be charged until reactivation or until the balance reaches zero.

Server records and system logs shall serve as the final authority in resolving disputes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
