Promotion Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Promotional Terms outline the general rules that apply to all special offers and bonuses available on our platform. By joining any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional rules that may apply to a specific campaign.

If there is any conflict between general Terms and the Specific Terms of a promotion, the Specific Terms shall take priority, followed by these Promotional Terms.

Promotions and Validity

We may from time to time introduce various promotions such as welcome bonuses, reload offers, tournaments, prize draws, or competitions. Each promotion will be active only during its stated period, and once the timeframe ends, participation will no longer be possible.

Details for each offer, including bonus amounts, wagering rules, and expiry dates, will be published on the promotion page or communicated directly via email or in-app notifications.

Eligibility

To participate in any promotion, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Be a registered and verified player on Bet88 with an active account.
• Be located in the Philippines and legally allowed to play under PAGCOR regulations.

Players who have previously opened and funded an account may not be eligible for “new player” or “sign-up” bonuses.

Restricted Participants

The following groups are strictly prohibited from joining promotions:

Participation Rules

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one entry per player, household, or IP address.

Bonus Deposits

To qualify for most promotions, a minimum real-money deposit is required. Internal transfers between players or reversed withdrawals are not considered valid deposits for promotional purposes.

Wagering and Restrictions

Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bets that cancel each other out (for example, betting on both Red and Black in Roulette) will not count towards wagering. Opposite betting, irregular play, or abuse of bonuses may result in cancellation of winnings and forfeiture of funds.

Payment of Bonuses

Eligible bonuses will normally be credited within 7 days of qualification. If duplicate or excess bonuses are credited in error, Bet88 reserves the right to remove the extra funds from the account.

Prizes and Prize Draws

Winners of competitions, tournaments, or prize draws will receive either cash or non-cash prizes. Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged unless otherwise stated. All draws are conducted fairly using certified systems, and results are final.

Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with the prize (e.g., travel, registration, or insurance).

Abuse and Fraud

Players attempting to exploit bonuses or manipulate gameplay (e.g., chip dumping, multi-accounting, or collusion) will have their accounts suspended. Any fraudulent activity may be reported to PAGCOR, and funds may be forfeited.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, you agree that Bet88 may use your name, photo, or likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation. You also agree not to use third-party competitor branding during promotional events organized by Bet88.

Currency Exchange

All promotional amounts are displayed in the official account currency. Where conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be the one offered by Bet88 at the time of conversion. Rates may vary due to market fluctuations.

Liability

Bet88 accepts no responsibility for technical failures, disruptions, or events outside our control that affect participation. Bonuses or prizes cannot be claimed if promotions are disrupted or cancelled for such reasons.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or cancel any promotion if necessary, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or regulatory requirements. Any such updates will be published on the promotions page, and players are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

Legal Framework

These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of the Philippines.

If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version will prevail in case of inconsistency.
